Return Policy

• In Stock Items (Items generally stocked at R&R Wholesale or its local vendors): 30 day return policy from time item was received by customer.* Item and packages must be in new, unused condition. No returns after 30 days.
  
• Non-Inventory and Special Order Items: All non-inventory or special order items are subject to 25% restocking fee and return freight on any cancellation or return. Packaging must be in new, unused condition. No returns after 30 days.
  
• Custom Orders: No returns or cancellations on custom made-to-order items.

*Customer has 5 business days to pick up the item once notified of the items arrival to R&R Wholesale Plumbing. Arrangements my  be made to hold items in store; however, it is still the customer's obligation to inspect the item before it is outside the return window. R&R Wholesale will not open and fully inspect all items while holding.

*Delays in lead time do not negate the return policy. Operation, size, finish, or dimensions of items do not negate the return policy.

Lead Times

• R&R Wholesale Plumbing purchases directly through several manufacturers as well as indirectly through other local and national distributors. Individual manufacturers and distributors provide estimated lead times for production and/or shipping. Lead times are subject to change without notice.
• Special order items consist of any item that is not generally stocked by R&R Wholesale Plumbing or their local distributors. R&R Wholesale Plumbing is not responsible for any changes in manufacturer or distributor lead times. Cancellation or return of special order items are all subject to a 25% restocking fee and return freight. No returns on custom made items. R&R Wholesale Plumbing is not responsible for updates on special order items within the original estimated period.
